WHEN: new year's eve, from five pm and all night. the pier will be closed until five pm on new year's eve.
WHERE: fiesta pier.
WHY: to celebrate the new year.
HOW: by getting people drunk out of there fucking minds. or some shit like that.

EVENTS:
kazuya riley kimura will be performing some of his songs from seven pm into the early hours of the morning. start the new year with new songs, hell yeah!
it will snow from 2am to 4am, but only light snow.
