This is Tally O'Malley. Who is she? She's Flik's older sister. Knocked out of a job in San Diego, this native-Irish girl is in Bluewater, as a tourist, to find a job. Her sister, Flik, is a Theatre-obsessed freshman at the high school, and this was the only place Tally knew to come to. She's staying in a hotel, but looking at a house. Personality?
